I was over the moon to get the message to capture Martine & Sean's wedding day. I met them previously when shooting Sean's sisters wedding in Clitheroe so it was a total honour to be chosen by the family again, they are all such lovely people and I couldn't wait to be in amongst the celebrations again!
The Outbarn in Lancashire was the venue of choice, a new one for me and it is now one of my favourite venues! Absolutely gorgeous setting to host your wedding. Martine and Sean had an indoor ceremony, adorned with gorgeous flowers, it was just beautiful!
I joined the girls in the morning at Stay in Clitheroe, a townhouse which they hired to start off the mornings bridal prep, it was great to be back working with Ben at Northwest Wedding Videos who joined me to capture all the fun! Hair & Make Up was the extremely talented KJW Make Up and Jodie Hair & Beauty, once the hair and make up was done we headed to The Outbarn where the girls finished getting ready in the Hen House! It was then I popped over and joined Sean and his family getting ready in the cottage for some Groom prep photos and we got some gorgeous shots of their little boy! Once ready the boys headed down to the Outbarn and it was back to the girls to capture the fathers first look, such an emotional moment and one I will never tire of, the privilege to be able to capture these moments is never taken for granted, I feel very lucky indeed! We then headed to the ceremony which was just so beautiful, personal vows and gorgeous decor, it truly was like something from a fairytale.
After the ceremony we headed outside for a great drinks reception and went for some couple shots and then it was back to the celebrations, a fabulous wedding meal by good food story uk and into the night partying with the DFC experience! We were blessed with the most glorious sunshine all day and it just couldn't of been better!
Also great to work with the Flower girls of Whalley too on the fabulous flowers and decor
